Team Travel
Important Info:
If your team is planning to travel for an out of town or overnight tournament/championship/event, the trip needs to be approved by the school/district.
A preliminary application needs to go in well before the event. Once approved, you will then have to complete an extended application along with a detailed itinerary, student database, student medical forms, informed consent forms, supervisor forms as well as an illness plan. All required forms can be found below.
Please Note:
- A supervisor who is a district employee, as well as a supervisor of the gender of the team is required for all trips.
- Team travel to the Okanagan and Interior during fall/winter months must be done by approved coachline or air.
- Oversized vans are not allowed for travel.
