History:

The Elgin Hockey Team has competed in a number of different leagues since its inception in 2010.

Originally competing in the BC High School Hockey League, the team won the Tier 3 Provincial Banner in 2014 and followed it up with a finals loss in 2015.

In 2017 the team joined the Surrey High School Hockey League. In it's first year, the team lost in the Zwick Cup final in a memorable Shootout at the South Surrey Arena.

Since the 2018 final, the team has gone on to raise the trophy in 2022, 2024 and 2025!

The team plays weekly from October through to Spring Break. Opponents include: Clayton Heights, Earl Marriott, Grandview, Fleetwood Park, Fraser Heights, Lord Tweedsmuir, Princess Margaret and Sullivan Heights.

You need to have signed up prior to tryouts to ensure you have been given an early dismissal.
Team Gear:

Athletes will have the opportunity to purchase team gear via our school store.  Gear options include our classic hoodie and shirt.  Items can be personalized with name.
