Our Mission Statement
The Elgin Park Athletics program strives to provide all of our students with an opportunity to positively engage with the school community through participation in extra-curricular athletics.
It is our mission to help student develop their physical literacy as well as the other core competencies (communication skills, critical and creative thinking skills, personal awareness and responsibility, and social awareness and responsibility) by way of participation through team and individual sport. We also want to help students forge meaningful connections to their school, the staff, their coaches and their peers so that everyone feels like they are truly "Part of the Pod".
