Coaching Application, Forms and Information
Our athletics program would not be able to operate if it wasn't for the many volunteer coaches, managers and sponsors who give up their time to support our student athletes. Without you, we would not be able to provide these valuable experiences for our students.
If you would like to be involved in coaching, managing or sponsoring one of our many teams we would love to hear from you. Just follow the simple steps outlined on the Coaching Info and Applications tab.

Step 1 - Coaching Application
Please complete the coaching application using the file below. Tell us about your qualifications, interests, passions and what makes you a good fit for working with our student athletes. Once submitted and reviewed, our athletic director will contact you about a potential interview or to offer you a coaching position. At that point, the subsequent steps will need to be completed.

Step 2 - Coaching Code of Conduct and Volunteer Agreement
Thank you for stepping up to be a coach, manager or sponsor of one of our teams. At this point, the school/district now requires you to complete the following forms. All coaches must complete the code of conduct and all non-district staff must complete the volunteer coaching agreement and volunteer info sheet. Please complete and get these back to the AD as soon as possible.

Step 3 - Criminal Record Check
At this time we also require you to complete a CRC. Please use the QR Code found within the below attachment to complete your CRC. This process takes 4-6 weeks, so please ensure you have done so well before you plan to work with our students.

Step 4 - Concussion Training and Injury Protocols
Every year all of our coaches are required to complete a concussion training course. Please use the attached file to complete the CATT program. Once completed, submit your proof of certification to the AD.
Furthermore, there is a comprehensive injury response plan attached to explain how to deal with injuries ranging from minor to severe. It is important that any and all injuries are documented properly with the school/district.
